Now, I am going to write an article that is not so important and I just want to spend my leisure time. So, please don’t read my writing if you have not enough free time.
“Our strength grows out of our weaknesses.” ~Ralph Waldo Emerson
As you know, I’d been a strong, independent woman, and staying happy and positive throughout. But, after all this time, eventually I just wanted to stop pretending to everyone that I was fine, I thought about it. Seriously. Pretend it’s tiring. Don’t you agree with me?
And how to solve all of our life’s problems? Here, I would like to share about little things which mean a lot.
Start putting Allah first! Well, when you feel like giving up, remember that Allah always has time to listen. Let’s start putting Allah first, while everything is totally dependent on Him. The best thing about praising Allah is that we don’t have to act strong or hide your weakness. Believe in The Names of Allah that He has mercy on us.
Say, “O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah . Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.” Surah Az-Zumar [39:53]
Be honest! Pretend and, at some point, the problem and the pain will surface hundred-fold. If you’re not coping, admit to yourself that you’re not. This shows great strength.
Talk openly! Share your feelings with someone you know and love who will listen without judgement or advice, or with a trained counselor. Talking about how you feel and having someone listen can feel self-indulgent at first, but it’s a huge part of the healing process.
Make time for you! Don’t lose sight of your needs and being you. Give yourself permission to take time out for you and put you back on your to-do list. You’ll be more effective and happier.
I think, that all about sums it up. Hope you enjoyed it and may be useful. Thank you for spending your time to read this simple article.
